Excellent service and communication. This is the most honest Auto shop I have ever been to. I used to take my old Nissan Altima 2000 to them 5 years ago and they did excellent job every time. Then I bought a new car and also moved very far so did not get a chance to take my car to them. Now I live close enough so I took my 5 years old Chrysler 300 to them to get an exhaust system leak fixed. They fixed the issue in a right and cost effective way simply by welding the leak. If I were to take my car to the dealer, they would have asked me to replace the whole part as they usually recommend to everyone to milk as much money as they can from you. These guys are honest and always recommend the bes, cost effective solution of your car problems.

We took my elderly mother's car to Rogers when she failed her inspection and asked, "who do you trust to fix the car and not overcharge?". We've had other work done at Rogers over the years and have come to trust them to do the job right for a fair price and have a plan for any upcoming work that will need to be done. They fit us in for a last minute fix of two problems that failed her inspection on her Jeep Liberty and had the car back quickly as hoped for and she was pleased.
