Had my brakes done at another chain garage shop, and my rotors needed to be replaced as well, but I wasn't getting a warm fuzzy feeling from the prior garage enough to let them have the work. Roger's techs pointed out work that was not done correctly at the former shop, and in the process of doing the repair I needed, corrected the mistake. I also appreciated the thorough inspection and online diagnostics report that they sent me to get ahead of problems before they become worse and more expensive to repair. The work was done quickly, for market prices, and most importantly, done correctly. We are very happy to have made a connection to Roger's and will continue to bring vehicles there for service.
