From first placing a Call to Melissa whom is an Extremely Pleasant Person to work with on the Phone with what I needed performed and getting me Quotes on the different needs of Servicing for my Vehicle is Always a Pleasurable Experience. Frank would get the Estimates together Both for Individual Work and Combined Total Work as well so I can have the option to do as my Wallet will allow at the Given time. Their Prices are Very Fair and Most Important they Get it All Done Right !!! I cannot say that about all the other Shops I have used in the past so I am Grateful to have them as MY Mechanics and Knowing that when the Brakes are done on my Wife's Vehicle with my Kids in it that #1 I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT GETTING DONE CORRECTLY AND I KNOW THEY ARE THE SAFER DUE TO THEIR EXPERTISE !!!#2 I WON"T JUST TRUST ANYONE AS I HAVE HAD SOME UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCES WITH SOME DANGEROUS WORK FROM "SO CALLED MECHANICS" in the Past and Let's just say " WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR KIDS YOU CAN BE REST ASSURED ROGERS ( FRANK ) WILL MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT !!! Stop in and Introduce Yourself to him Especially if You are Tired of Shoddy Mechanical Work from other Shops and Looking for a Person You can Look in the eye and and You WILL SEE for YOURSELF..... HE IS THE REAL DEAL !!! Oh and BTW No Matter What the Price... It's RIGHT AND IF YOUR LIKE ME ESPECIALLY WHEN PUTTING A PRICE ON YOUR CHILDREN'S SAFETY SO DON'T SETTLE FOR 2ND BEST BECAUSE I WON'T !!! THEY ARE THE BEST !!! I've been going to Rogers Automotive for a few years now and highly recommend their services. We have three cars in our household that I take in for maintenance and repairs as necessary. I first noticed their business on my way to work and eventually stopped by to make an appointment. From my experience their work has been top notch and honest. A few times I dropped off my car anticipating there to be a problem which they diagnosed to be nothing, never charged me for their time ? that was a first for me to pick up my car from a repair service and not get a charge for something. They have a website I?m able to log onto and view a detailed history for each of my car repairs ?very nice feature!! Their staff is knowledgeable and great to work with over the phone and in person. I?m glad I stopped by to make that initial appointment.
