I experienced dead battery twice in 2 weeks. I called AAA about it . When the service men came I was told that something was possibly draining it. This was a new battery that was installed by AAA back in March. In June I realized my air conditioner wasn't working so I brought it to Rogers. I thought possibly that maybe it had something to do with that repair. I had them check everything and also check the battery. That's when I found out that the battery was defective. Steve walked me through the process of getting in touch with AAA. Long story short the battery was replaced. Both Steve and Frank did everything possible to help me. Joanne in the office was very helpful as well. Nice surprise! The bill wasn't as high as I Thought it might be.

If you are looking for a good and honest mechanic that will help you with all of your car needs, these are the guys! Very family friendly place. They recently gave me some very good advice on what to do with my car that's on it's last tire and saved me a bunch of money which they would have reaped the benefits on. Gave me the nudge I needed to start a new. I highly recommend!
