Rogers is professional with top-notch service! I called them BEFORE bringing my car to their facility and explained what was wrong with the vehicle. I needed an estimate (in writing) to provide to the insurance company. They emailed me an estimate within 5 minutes and said that I could drop off the vehicle that same day and they could start the repair. By the time I was able to get the vehicle dropped off they were closing in 2 hours but they were able to immediately assess the damage and indicated they could complete the repair by 9am the following morning. About an hour later they called with good news that the repair would be less than the estimate! The following morning the vehicle was ready as promised. I paid via credit card and afterwards they provided sanitizer spray which was great given the preventative measures to fight against COVID. This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had and highly recommend this facility. I hope I don't need auto repairs in the future but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Roger's! THANK YOU to the entire team for excellent customer service!! You guys rock!!

Rogers' mechanical and office staff not only service the customer's vehicle as requested by the customer, they go the extra mile (no pun intended) to check the important operating functions of the vehicle for the customer's safety.

This team was efficient and honest with the issues involved with my car, would recommend to family and friends and will definitely be a repeat customer. But hopefully not too often hahaha!
